Adderbury Community Day

Covid has fractured some of the established lines of community and communication and it is now time to try and re-connect and re-engage.

WFAC and APC hope to see as many villagers out and about on the Community Day to see what activities , clubs and societies for all age groups are on offer.

If you are new to the village the History of Adderbury exhibition in the Institute is a must.
If you have children then take a look at football, cricket, tennis, Cubs, Brownies, Scouts and Guides. The WI will be promoting environmental issues and the Lakes working group would like to get you involved.

WFAC and APC will be in the Institute to show the current plans for the Community and Sports facility on the Milton Road, please come along and see what is planned and how it will benefit all residents. Perhaps you might like to get involved in fundraising, we’d love to see you!

If you simply want a bit of fun, grab an ice cream, sit and watch the Morris Dancers, listen to Adderbury Ukes , and enjoy the children having fun on Jack Rose’s funfair .

Don’t forget to wander down the High street for a bit of retail therapy and stop by St Mary’s for the book sale.
